Black Stallion Land Clearing LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through blackstallionlandclearingllc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect what you type into the work order form: your name, phone number, email address, property city and state, approximate acreage, timeline, the service you need, and any details you add.
When you use the chat assistant, we receive what you type in the chat and, if you ask for a callback, your name, phone number, property location and job details.
When you use the property map, the address you type is sent to Google Maps to show you a satellite view. We do not store the address unless you also include it in the estimate form.
When you pay an invoice, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
When you call, text, email or message us on Facebook, we keep the details you share so we can respond and do the job.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your project, schedule an on-site estimate, and provide a quote
- To do the work, send invoices and keep job records
- To follow up after a job, including asking for a review
- To keep business and tax records as required by law
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who else handles your information
We use a few trusted services to run our website and business. Each handles your information only to provide its service:
- Netlify hosts our website and receives estimate form submissions
- Google Maps powers the property map
- Stripe processes invoice payments
- Zoho Mail handles our email
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
